We want to make your LPA journey as easy and enjoyable as possible! Do you have questions that you would like to ask, or little things you’ve wondered about along your LPA way? Our online platform is kitted out for exactly that and you can browse frequently asked questions and their answers, or initiate an online chat with one of our Awesome Experts. To give you an idea of the kind of info available on the website, here are some of the top frequently asked questions and their answers:

  1. Once I have become a member what is the first and most important step?
    Log onto www.leisureportfolio.co.za and access your personal ‘Dashboard’ where you can manage everything relating to your membership and more.
  2. Where do I see my Portfolio and Accounts?
    Login to your LPA “Dashboard”, and select “Account”. You can then view your Portfolio as well as view and pay Fees or check insurance details (if applicable). To return to the LPA dashboard, select the “Home” button on the top right.
  3. How do I determine my Occupation Date each year?
    Resort Calendars change each year, depending on school holiday dates. Login to the website, open your “Dashboard”, click on the “Account” icon, click on the “Portfolio” icon and view the “Arrival and Departure” dates for your week.
  4. How do I print my Confirmation Letter to occupy my week?
    Login to your LPA dashboard and select the “Bookings” icon. Select “View Bookings”. Under the “Ownership” drop down, your LPA week details will appear provided you have not banked and exchanged, or rented out, your week. To print out your letter, select the blue “Print” icon next to your LPA week details. You will then be given the following options:
    You can select “Confirm” to print out your Confirmation Letter thus confirming your stay at your LPA Resort. It will pull up your Confirmation Letter and you can continue to print it.
    You can select “Create Guest Certificate” if you are confirming a stay on behalf of friends or family members who will be occupying your week; fill in their details and you can continue to print the Guest Certificate for them.
